I think my current PLN is not diverse enough. Due to the wide variety of social media tools I use, these projects may come from different ages, races, regions, and various life experiences and have very different backgrounds. The coverage of social media is so extensive, it also allows us to reach more different voices, and it also gives me many opportunities to share different resources. I learned to share my thoughts and accept different opinions from others, for better or worse. It allows us to jump out of our own fixed thinking and get more new inspirations. I believe that if different learners are given free self-life, they will be more motivated to learn and will also be encouraged to interact and cooperate with other learners. After all, there is no point in trying to keep people consistent. This education model is very different from the traditional education model. I think the biggest difference lies in its limitations. In this learning community that I created online, what I want to say is that whenever there is a discussion since all of us are equally involved in the discussion, no one hears the loudest voice in the meeting room. In other words, everyone has the opportunity to share their thoughts or opinions, and no one is considered to have the right to make a final decision or judgment.

Social media is a very open way of communication, without restrictions and restrictions, so it also poses a certain challenge to communication. You will hear all kinds of negative voices on social networking sites. For example, when you post one of your opinions, many people will stand on the opposite side of you, whether positive or negative. For social media, we should be more active and inclusive, and learn to accept its pros and cons.
